UFC 118 Results – Florian Gets Bullied by Maynard

Gray Maynard called out Florian for not stepping up in big fights and he backed up the talk. Maynard used his dominant wrestling to drive Florian to the ground at will.

The fight started slow as Maynard was looking for Florian to start stalking him but Florian held back and that turned out to be a mistake. The Bully used his boxing to throw some combos to get Ken-Flo off guard and then take him to the mat.

Florian did make a couple of submission attempts on the ground but he was no match for the power of Gray Maynard.

Maynard with the win earns a title shot against the winner of the Main Event lightweight title fight, Frankie Edgar.
