The Jags got a big game from Mike Sims-Walker (147 yds 1TD) to beat the Chiefs 24-21. The Jags were in complete control for the first three quarters as the Chiefs couldn’t get their offense moving. Two late TDs by newcomer Chris Chambers in the fourth kept the Jaguars from covering the 7-point spread.

The Falcons sacked Redskins quarterback Jason Campbell 5 times in the first half and Michael Turner rushed for a season high 166 yards giving him 317 yards in the past two weeks.
The Falcons were able to cover the 10-point spread.
Arizona 41
Chicago 21
Last week Kurt Warner threw 5 interceptions, this week he threw 5 TD passes as the Cardinals continued their road domination with a 41-21 victory over the Bears in Chicago.
The underdog Cardinals paid +130 on the moneyline.
Baltimore 7
Cincinnati 17
The Bengals sweep the season series against their division rivals from Baltimore. Cedric Benson ran for 117 yards and a touchdown as his season of redemption continues.
The Bengals covered the 3-point spread.

Indianapolis 20
Indianapolis won its 17th straight regular season game. Houston had a chance to tie as the clocked ticked down but Texans’ kicker Kris Brown missed a 42-yard field goal. Dallas Clark caught 14 passes in the victory.
The Colts failed to cover the 8-point spread.

The Dolphins took the lead on a 10-minute drive capped by a Ronnie Brown TD pass late in the 3rd quarter only to have the Patriots stick a dagger in their hearts only 24 seconds later. Tom Brady connected with Randy Moss on a short pass that turned into a long TD as Moss stiff armed his defender and raced 71 yards for the TD and the lead. A lead the Pats wouldn’t relinquish. The Pats won the game but failed to cover the 11-point spread.
Green Bay 28
Tampa Bay 38
Wearing what can best be best described as Creamcicle costumes, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers upset the Green Bay Packers 38-28 for their first win of the season. Buccaneers rookie quarterback Josh Freeman gave the Tampa faithful some hope for the future as he threw three TDs including two in the fourth quarter that gave the Bucs the lead.
Underdog Tampa paid a huge +400 on the moneyline.

The Panthers started strong but collapsed late, losing 30-20 to the 8-0 Saints. The Saints failed to score a TD in the first half for the first time this season put 24 on the board in the second half. The win gives the Saints their best start in their 43-year history.
The Saints failed to cover the 13-point spread.
Detroit 20
Seattle 32
Matt Stafford was back under center for the Lions and the Lions looked good for the first quarter. The Lions jumped out to a 17-0 lead but couldn’t hold on as the Seahawks came back to win 32-20.
The Seahawks barely covered the 11.5-point spread.
San Diego 21
NY Giants 20
Phillip Rivers played the Giants in New York for the first time since he was traded on draft day for Eli Manning and he didn’t waste the opportunity to stick it to them. With the Chargers down 6, Rivers hit Vincent Jackson for a 18 yard TD with only 21 seconds remaining on the clock. The Giants have lost 4 straight.

Vince Young is getting a second opportunity to prove he is an NFL quarterback and he’s making the most of it. With the help of Chris Johnson’s 135 rushing yards and 2 TDs, the Titans won for the second time this season.

Tony Romo passed for 307 yards with a touchdown and an interception Sunday, as the Dallas Cowboys defeated the Philadelphia Eagles 20-16.
