NFL Fines Bud Adams for Flipping the Bird

The NFL fined Bud Adams 250K dollars for flipping the bird at the Buffalo Bills fans on Sunday. It seems excessive but when I’m 86, I’ll be happy if I can get my fingers up; any other body part will be a bonus.
