MLB Money Standings for August 13

The San Diego Padres are still the best bet in Major League Baseball. The Padres continue to lead the MLB money standings with about 50 games left in the season. If you bet on baseball and ever Padres game will have been rewarded with $2496 for $100 you bet. They are ahead of the second place Cincinnati Reds by 13 full units, the Reds are up 11.04 units on the season, followed by the  suddenly hot Chicago White Sox and the San Francisco Giants at 10 units each.  The Toronto Blue Jays are in a tough position in the AL East, they sit 6 games over .500 and if they were in another division, Toronto would be in a race for the Division lead but in East, they are stuck in fourth place behind the Yankees, Red Sox and the Rays.  A $100 wager on every Jays game will have you up 9.71 Units

On the bottom end of the MLB Standings, the Chicago Cubs have been the worst to Baseball bettors. They Cubs are down -30.40 units on the season on the season. The Cubs had the talent this year but no one performed, Carlos Zambrano imploded and become the most expensive middle reliever in the league. Lou Piniella is quitting at the end of the year but it’s probably for the best as he would have been fired after this dreadful season.

The Seattle Mariners are 2nd to worst, down -27.25 units, Arizona is down -20.13 Units.

Baltimore is the fourth worst but they are climbing the standing, since Buck Showalter took over as manager, the Orioles have been a good bet for the past couple of weeks.

The Pittsburgh Pirates are in a usual spot, it will be another losing season for Pirates fans and Pirates bettors.
