MLB Money Pitchers Standings
MLB Money Pitchers
This year has been the year of the pitcher with two perfect games, more than a handful of no hitters and other brilliance coming from the mound. Here is our top 10 and bottom 10 money pitchers in the major leagues.
The top of the list has three kids out performing expectations, Kris Medlen has only started 14 games this season but the Braves are 13-1 in those games. Kris Medlen bettors are up $1291 for every $100 bet on all of those games. Trevor Cahill is second with $1170 for every bet on his games, Cahill has been great lately as he was named the player of the week this past Monday.
Mat Latos has been the Padres best pitcher and he’s a big part of why they lead the MLB money team standings. The Padres win 71% of the games Latos pitches.
The other name of note in the top ten is Ubaldo Jimenez, Jimenez was the leader at the All-Star break but the juice on Jimenez has been huge and a few losses have given a lot of the early season profits back.

The bottom of the list is Ryan Rowland-Smith, Rowland-Smith is the worst pitcher on the worst team in the AL West. If you are betting on Rowland-Smith, you are betting off sending me a cheque.
Zack Greinke has been at or near the bottom of the all season, it’s been a disappointing fall for the 2009 CY Young winner. Don’t be surprised if Greinke gets more vocal about his desire for a trade as the end of the year rolls around.
